Nature is Working to Decode and Understand the Lack of Diversity for Postdoctoral Researchers
There is a lack of clarity regarding the hiring and recruitment process for diverse postdocs in the scientific workforce. Many believe the postdoctoral experience to be a crucial step for their career, yet there is a lack of oversight and consistency for this important academic position. This Nature article discusses biases in the hiring processes that are limiting the diversity of postdocs.

Additionally, Nature's global survey on the postdoctoral experience is now live! This survey collects information on how to improve the postdoctoral experience and diversity in the workforce. If you are a postdoc, take the survey now!
